The doctor-in-the-loop mattered more than raw model accuracy. People forgave an imperfect answer when a clinician clearly stood behind it.

Plain language beat completeness
Every time I traded medical detail for one clear next step, comprehension and confidence went up. Less really was more.

Scope discipline won
Saying no to pharmacy, insurance and social features kept the core confidence loop sharp — and, crucially, shippable.
What's next: real clinical validation with a partner hospital, regional-language support, and a small monitored pilot to test the modeled follow-through gains.
